“I’m not ready for coaching yet because I have no students yet”

Here’s the smartest thing I did: I began to realize that all of those thoughts were complete horseshit. Every single one of them was an irrational fear that imprisoned me to failure.

Once I finally got this through my thick skull and refused to let irrational fears stand in my way, everything changed.
